Home Manager Administrative Assistant
Coordinated Care Professional Services LLC, Flatrock Inc., is looking for a dependable and organized individual to help support day-to-day program operations. This role assists with documentation tracking, audits, communication, and administrative support to help ensure quality care and compliance.
What You’ll Do
This role may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly. Occasional lifting of 100 pounds or more may be required. Travel between locations or meetings may also be needed. This position requires flexibility, including possible evenings, weekends, and holidays based on program needs.

What You’ll Do
- Update and maintain program trackers, including plans, showers, and training.
- Audit FIN (our proprietary software) and SharePoint to ensure required documentation and checklists are completed.
- Track audit findings using live spreadsheets and report any trends or concerns.
- Complete shift change staffing coordination.
- Provide administrative support to supervisors, residents, and leadership.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Help support and advocate for residents’ rights.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Care home experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with behavioral health preferred.
- Must be comfortable with documentation, communication, and basic computer tools.
