Flatrock is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to help keep our homes running smoothly, ensure our team has the support they need, and maintain compliance with company and licensing requirements.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day operations—coordinating schedules, supporting staff, managing administrative processes, and making sure important documentation is accurate, timely, and up to date.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure staffing needs are covered.
- Review time punches and process bi-weekly payroll through ADP.
- Coordinate staff trainings and support staff accountability.
- Manage incident reports, licensing documents, and required records.
- Support administrative move-ins, transfers, and terminations.
- Manage daily mail and resident correspondence.
- Organize receipts and manage token funds and debit cards.
- Maintain emergency drill logs, E-Scores, binders, and compliance documentation.
- Keep records updated in FIN, SharePoint, and other required systems.
- Partner with the Support and Operations Teams to keep the home running efficiently.
