Leadership & Communication

As a key liaison between executive leadership and management staff, the Program Director plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality care to the individuals we serve.
Role and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Communication
- Serve as a direct liaison between Co-CEOs and the Upper Management Team
- Lead regular management meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and initiatives
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture across all levels of the organization
- Oversee multiple residential care homes to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Conduct weekly on-site visits to monitor performance and provide hands-on leadership
- Maintain an active presence in homes to mentor Home Managers and staff
- Evaluate leadership staff performance and implement improvement strategies
- Conduct 6-month and annual evaluations
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and accountability measures
- Review and approve schedules and PTO requests
- Manage key organizational projects and ensure timely execution
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership
- Allocate resources effectively to support operational goals
- Support recruitment and selection of leadership staff
- Mentor and develop management team members
- Participate in leadership events, trainings, and professional development
- Background working with individuals with behavioral health needs
- 5+ years leadership experience in residential or behavioral health services
- Experience with staff development, performance management, and multi-site oversight
- Ability to travel between residential homes and office locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
