Flatrock is looking for Lawn Care Technicians to join our team! This is a full-time position and will service our 40 homes in Genesee County.

Responsibilities:

Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning saws
Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming/edging around flower beds, walks, or walls
Assist Maintenance team
Clean sites, clean gutters, trim trees, power wash surfaces

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
1-3 years' experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, groundskeeping and snow removal required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to lift and carry 50 lbs., and walk/stand/bend for periods of time
