** Hybrid schedule - work Monday and Friday from home!! **
** $10,000 sign-on bonus - $5,000 after 90 days and the remaining $5,000 after 6 months **
Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homes
Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populations
Train and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies, de-escalation, and best practices
Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards
Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long-term success
Active, State of Michigan BCBA certification
Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses preferred
Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn)
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
