Are you passionate about helping new employees adjust to a new environment? As an Orientation Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that new hires feel welcomed, informed, and ready to succeed. Your role will help ensure a seamless integration into the Flatrock Family!! This position involves delivering an informative and engaging orientation program that aligns with Flatrock's values, culture, and sets the tone for employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the company's workflows, and a passion for fostering a welcoming and efficient onboarding process. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate orientation for all new hires
  • Recruit, interview and hire potential Direct Care Worker (DCW) candidates
  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees
  • Teach Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) classes
  • Create new hire folders
  • Create new hire roster with all training dates and background information
  • Complete ICHAT/OIG/SAM background checks
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must like to speak in front of large groups of people
  • Previous experience working in human resources/orientation, preferred
