Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage special projects delegated by the Chief Executive and Operating Officers (CEO, COO) and report back to them on project progress and risks
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and transparency
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Track and report project progress, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and metrics
- Facilitate meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives, to drive collaboration and accountability
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and project-specific requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing lessons learned
- Serve as a point of contact for each project and between teams when multiple departments and/or agencies are involved on the same project, to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Perform quality control on the project throughout the development to maintain expected standards
- Adapt to new tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Think critically and problem solve as issues arise, without prompting from supervisors
- Build strong rapport and trust with colleagues – avoiding any unwanted power dynamics
- Actively listen and empathize to demonstrate understanding to colleagues, residents, and guardians
- Educate, train, and advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a corporate or enterprise environment, healthcare industry environment is preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to projects, preferred
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices, preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, preferred
